Mô tả công việc:
* Job description:
o Receiving and transmitting calls to all departments;
o Making international phone calls
o Assist in the public relations;
o Arranging meeting rooms for departments;
o Arrange and control company vehicle;
o Receive and distribute letter and document;
o Taking care of Lobby area & first floor (Hygiene and security)
o Purchase and make flower vase at the front desk
• Maintain filing system (newspapers, magazines, reports, vouchers etc)
• Translation of documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa
• Provide administrative support to other departments such as the arrangement of transport, hotel and flight bookings etc
• Communicate with customers in case of emergencies.
• Assist in the preparation of expense / advance claims and other miscellaneous work where necessary
• Be awareness of QHSE Policy, environmental aspects, occupational health and safety risks and procedures/ instructions & regulations that are related to his/ her duties, responsibilities.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Sex: Female
- Age: 22~32
- Qualification / Education / training: Senior high school graduate and above
- Foreign language: English proficiency
- Computer: Skillful in using office computer applications such as Excel, Word…
- Courteous, clear-voiced, smiling & cheerful, helpful and healthy
- Have a thorough understanding of reception skills and administration works
